Today’s society spends endless hours on Facebook, email, websites. What a wonderful tool the church can tap into and reach others for Christ! This is another avenue to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. This workshop will help you learn ways to make a simple webpage, blog, Vlog, group email, or Facebook to reach out to the cyberspace community. You do not need to know how to write a software program to setup a format to reach others through the internet.
This workshop will be offered during the morning and afternoon workshop hours.
Lane Burris is a graduate of Mercer University with a BS degree in Computer Science. He is a certified Network Engineer. He creates and maintains many websites for various organizations and ministries.

This forum tends to have a panel of deaf ministry workers who share their experiences with ideas for ministering to their community. If you are looking for fresh ideas or want someone to bounce your ideas off of this is the place for you. The open forum encourages others to discuss and share their ideas for helping GBCD or other churches on ways to do a better job ministering to the deaf community.
