Donnie Wiltshire has served the North Carolina Baptist State Convention as Special Ministries Consultant since June 1999. Donnie came to the Convention by way of Texas, Louisiana, and Tennessee. He served in all of those places as a pastor for various Deaf churches. Donnie works with churches as they minister with people who are Deaf, people who are blind, people who have Developmental Disabilities, and with people who have a variety of literacy needs.
