“Construction in ASL”

The purpose of this workshop is to show interpreters how to use the internet base workshops at “Signs of Development”. The participant will actually work through the workshop titled “Construction in ASL” participants will learn how to fill out the paperwork and send into Signs of Development to obtain RID CEUs.

 

 

This format is great for people:

  • Who are busy and need to work at their own pace
  • For geographic areas where there are not  many opportunities to attend workshops but there is a need to keep  certificate current
  • Who desire training for interpreters seeking their certification.

Come and experience this new type of workshop with other interpreters and share your experiences. Those who complete the activities in this workshop can earn .3 CEUs.

This workshop plays with classifiers, setting them up in your signing space and identifying the relationships of items and locations.

This is a 3 hours workshop and will be offered Saturday morning and continue through Saturday afternoon workshop hour.
